Trinity Nowa is a passionate community advocate, healthcare professional, and aspiring technology specialist, whose life’s work is centered around service, empowerment, and transformation. Born and raised in Malawi, Africa, Trinity developed a strong sense of compassion and social responsibility at an early age, inspired by the resilience of those around her and a deep-rooted desire to uplift others.
In 2013, she migrated to the United States in pursuit of greater opportunities—not just for herself, but for the countless individuals she aspired to support. While establishing a new life in a different country, Trinity remained steadfast in her commitment to making a meaningful impact. Today, she works as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in a hospital setting, where she provides compassionate care to patients with dignity and respect.
In addition to her work in healthcare, Trinity is pursuing a degree in Information Technology at Arizona State University, combining her interest in innovation with a vision to bridge digital gaps in underserved communities.
Her journey of service took a pivotal turn when she founded Trinity Helping Hands, a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Through this initiative, she focuses on empowering women and youth, particularly within refugee and immigrant populations, by offering vital resources, mentorship, and educational opportunities. Under her leadership, Trinity Helping Hands has become a beacon of hope, helping individuals overcome systemic barriers and build a foundation for long-term success.
Trinity’s mission is clear: to create spaces where marginalized voices are heard, potential is realized, and communities are empowered. Whether through hands-on caregiving, academic advancement, or nonprofit leadership, she exemplifies servant leadership in action—guided by empathy, resilience, and an unshakable belief in human potential.
When she’s not working or studying, Trinity enjoys mentoring young women, engaging in community outreach, and connecting with like-minded individuals and organizations to expand her mission of change. Her story is one of courage, purpose, and unwavering dedication to lifting others as she climbs.
