Trinity Helping Hands is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Washington State, founded by Trinity Nowa. With a heart for service and a commitment to equity, we exist to empower underserved populations, especially women, youth, refugees, and immigrant families by providing essential resources, education, and support that foster long-term success and community resilience.

To uplift and equip women and youth in underserved communities by providing access to culturally responsive resources, educational opportunities, mentorship, and support systems that encourage self-reliance, leadership, and growth.

We envision inclusive, empowered communities where every individual, regardless of background, language, or immigration status has the opportunity to thrive, contribute, and lead with dignity and confidence.
Our Purpose
Trinity Helping Hands was created to address the social, economic, and emotional challenges faced by marginalized groups. Our purpose is to bridge gaps in access and opportunity by delivering programs that support healing, learning, and leadership development. Through our work, we aim to break cycles of poverty and social isolation by offering tools that empower individuals to create lasting change for themselves and their families.
Our Services
Trinity Helping Hands offers a wide range of community-centered services designed to meet the immediate and long-term needs of the populations we serve:
- Empowerment Workshops
Training and workshops on leadership, financial literacy, career development, and personal growth for women and youth.
- Refugee & Immigrant Support
Assistance with navigating systems, translation support, cultural integration resources, and community advocacy.
- Youth Mentorship Programs
Guidance, tutoring, and leadership coaching for young people to build confidence, purpose, and educational success.
- Community Outreach & Events
Health and wellness fairs, back-to-school drives, holiday assistance programs, and cultural celebrations to foster inclusion and unity.
- Resource Navigation & Referrals
Helping individuals connect with housing, healthcare, food access, education, and other critical services.
